HAPPENINGS 2023

Christmas Open House 2023

What an amazing time we had at our Christmas Open House!  We were able to give clients a 3 lb. cake of their choice to share with their families during Christmas, visit and laugh with our clients as they stopped by the office and collect money to give to First Priority's Clothe Our Kids.  Our generous clients were able to raise $7,322.00 and that is before Lentz Thompson Retirement Advisors matched it.  Thank you to all that gave to this local organization that helps so many children in our community.

Trace passed the Series 7 Exam

Our Associate Advisor, Trace Lentz, recently passed the difficult Series 7 license exam(held through LPL Financial)!

The Series 7 license exam is an important stepping stone in the process of becoming a registered financial advisor.  This exam demonstrates an individual's comprehension of a broad range of topics, including investment risk, regulation, customer accounts, trading and more.  The exam is designed to ensure that individuals have a solid understanding of the securities industry.

Way to go Trace!  We are so proud of you!

Lunch & Learn Event

We held our annual Lunch & Learn event this past Tuesday at Cook Museum of Natural Science in downtown Decatur in one of their large meeting rooms.  Our speaker was Tricia Pruitt from the Better Busines Bureau.  Her presentation was on Identity Theft and Fraud Prevention.  We enjoyed time with our clients and their guests and hope everyone left with more knowledge on how to prevent this from happening to them.

Ladies' Valentine Luncheon 2023

Our 7th Annual Ladies' Valentine Luncheon was held on February 9, 2023, at The Freight House Restaurant in Hartselle, Alabama.  Our speaker this year was the pastor from Westmeade Baptist Church, Rev. Justin McAlpin.  We had a wonderful time being together since we had not been able to have our event the past two years due to Covid.  We had many laughs, a delicious meal and a touching message.  We hope each of these widow clients and their guests know just how special they are to us and to so many others.
