Joy is responsible for the internal processing of client relationships. She ensures proper and accurate establishment of client accounts, facilitates client transactions and closely tracks those transactions until completion. She oversees all office operations and procedures and supervises office staff. Joy also provides administrative support to both Tracy and Richard. She joined Lentz Thompson Retirement Advisors in 2004.
Joy graduated from the University of North Alabama with a degree in Marketing. She has a background in banking. She lives in Hartselle with her husband John and their four children. Two of her children are in college, one is a senior in high school and she has a 3rd grader. Her hobbies include hiking, playing games with her kids, painting and reading. Joy also helps her husband run a non-profit organization called Sleep In Heavenly Peace.
