Joy is responsible for the internal processing of client relationships. She ensures accurate establishment of client accounts, facilitates client transactions and closely tracks those transactions until completion. She oversees all office operations and procedures. Joy also provides administrative support to both Tracy and Richard. She joined Lentz Thompson Retirement Advisors in 2004.
Joy was born and raised in Decatur, Alabama. She graduated from Austin High School and the University of North Alabama with a degree in Marketing. She lives in Hartselle with her husband, John, and their youngest daughter. She also has three grown children. Her hobbies include hiking, reading and painting.
