Christmas Open House 2022

Thank you to all of you that joined us at our Christmas Open House. We enjoyed visiting with each of you. Also, thank you for all of the donations to First Priority's Clothe Our Kids. We had many, many pairs of tennis shoes to take to them along with over $2,000 in donations. Your donations were able to sponsor 70 kids through their Adopt A Box drive. Thank you so much for your generosity.

LUNCH & LEARN EVENT AT BURNINGTREE COUNTRY CLUB

On Thursday, September 29, 2022, we were excited to have our Annual Lunch & Learn event at Burningtree Country Club after not being able to have it for the past couple of years due to Covid concerns. Our clients and their guests had a plated lunch and then listened to our speaker, Mr. Reed Nitto from First Trust Portfolios. His presentation was entitled "The Bumpy Road to Recovery". The lovely table arrangements were given away as door prizes.

We thank everyone that came and look forward to seeing you at our next event!

Flowers for Valentine's Day 2022

Tracy and Richard made the decision to cancel the Annual Ladies’ Valentine Luncheon for 2022. We always enjoy this special event with our widow clients and their guests, but due to the number of COVID-19 cases in our area at that time, we felt it best not to gather at a restaurant. Since we were not able to meet in person, we decided to order flowers for each lady. Several florists in North Alabama helped us by delivering flowers to each lady on Valentine's Day. We hope they felt special and were reminded that we care about each one of them. Below are just a few pictures of the flowers that were delivered.

Christmas "Grab & Go" Open House 2021

We had such a wonderful time at our Christmas "Grab & Go" Open House. We were able to visit with so many of you, and it was great to see your smiling faces! We had boxed lunches, desserts and some gift items from us. Each year we like to help a local non-profit organization. This year we collected items for “Sleep In Heavenly Peace”. They provide hand-made beds for children in our area that do not have a bed of their own. Their motto is “NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN!” We had a collection area at our Open House for new standard size pillows, twin size comforters or twin size quilts, twin size sheets and twin size blankets. Through your generous donations we not only collected lots of bedding items but also $1,235.00. Thank you so much for your generosity. Thank you to all of you that came to our Open House, and we look forward to working with each one of you in 2022!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from all of us at Lentz Thompson Retirement Advisors!

Valentine's Day 2021

Valentine's Day 2021

We were unable to have our Annual Ladies’ Valentine Luncheon for our widow clients this year due to Covid. Since we were not able to get together, we sent each lady a beautiful flower arrangement a few days before Valentine’s Day to let them know how special they are to us.

2020 "Grab & Go" Christmas Open House

This year due to Covid we were unable to have our traditional Christmas Open House. We decided to have a walk through “Grab & Go” Open House. We had box lunches from Apple Lane Farms, Mel’s Sweet Treats and Chicken Salad Chick that clients could pick up, and they also could select a mini bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Our clients brought new blankets, quilts and throws to help North Central Alabama Regional Council of Governments (NARCOG) with their Blanket Blessing collection. These blankets went to homebound residents in our area. We thank each of you for donating, and we enjoyed getting to see each client that came even if it was just for a minute.

Max’s Last Day

Max’s Last Day

Our summer intern, Max, had his last day in our office on August 12, 2020. Before he left to go back to college, he gave Tracy and Richard a golf head cover with their initials on it that he had made for them. While he was with us this summer, he learned about our wealth management practice and had a huge roll in redesigning our website. He also set up our LTRA Facebook and LinkedIn pages. He was a tremendous help this summer, and we will miss him being in the office every day. However, technology is still allowing him to help us remotely. We wish him a wonderful year back at college, and are thankful that he can still be a part of the Lentz Thompson team.

Congrats 2020 Seniors
